VIDEO: Adventures In Slovenia

Time to take you on a video tour around Slovenia!

Towards the end of 2015, the Slovenian Tourist Board invited me on an incredible 5 day trip.  If you read my blog Magical Adventures in Europe’s Most Underrated Country, you’ll know I pretty much ate and drank my way around the country (nothing new there…!) but I was also impressed by how stunning it was. Totally underrated, I couldn’t wait to tell the world about it!

My visit was focused on food and wine to celebrate the Brda region winning EDEN (European Destinations of Excellence award), which this time around was recognising areas for their local cuisine, gastronomy and tourism. While we spent plenty of time exploring the picturesque Brda region, I also got to see some of the country’s most beautiful sights, including Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj and Vogel Ski Resort.

It’s a VERY photogenic country… but I decided to go one step further and make a video of my adventures in Slovenia.

WARNING: I may be under the influence of wine, local spirits, and more in this video!

I hope you enjoyed this little tour of Slovenia. If you did, please SHARE it or leave me a comment below!  Continue reading VIDEO: Adventures In Slovenia

Magical Adventures in Europe’s Most Underrated Country

It’s time to travel around Slovenia!

Slovenia is the only country in the world with love in its name…

You know that magical moment when you’ve flown somewhere at night, only to open the curtains the next day and see an incredible, unexpected world outside your window. That’s how my time in Slovenia began! ALMOST.

Check out my video now, then read all about my trip below.
